Because every TEELAY item is printed on demand and made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

 

We offer free replacements or full refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. No need to return the item.

 

Orders may be cancelled or edited within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

 

To request a replacement or refund, contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We reply within 24 hours.
